You will be working closely with the Service Manager and be focused on managing and exceeding the customers' expectations.
In this role you will be responsible for:
Ensuring the satisfactory resolution of all customer complaints Providing the best customer experience Being proactive in promoting customer loyalty and referrals Following up and responding to CRM Telemarketing Achieving retail gross $'s as per daily target Completing all paperwork to the highest standard Ensuring the workshop is booked to 100% daily The successful applicant will possess:
Full Australian working rights Experience as a Service Advisor Be professional and well presented Good PC Skills Valid manual licence Ability to work effectively within a positive team environment In return you will be rewarded with a good remuneration package, with strong incentives. This is negotiable, based on experience. Top performers should be earning around c$95,000. You will also receive ongoing training and great career progression opportunities.
