About the Role
As the Residential Care Coordinator, you will:
Lead and support House Supervisors and Residential Care staff.
Ensure the delivery of high-quality care, based on therapeutic and trauma-informed principles.
Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders, including Community Service Organisations and State Government agencies.
Drive continuous improvement in service delivery and support positive outcomes for young people.
This permanent role is based in Canberra and reports to the Regional Manager.
Key Selection Criteria
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
A bachelor's degree in Social Work or a related field, or extensive experience with a qualification in Youth Work, Welfare, or a similar discipline.
Proven experience in child protection, child welfare, or a related field.
Strong networking skills with Community Service Organisations and Government agencies.
Excellent teamwork, initiative, and decision-making skills.
