12 month contract opportunity for an ITSM Service Designer who would be interested in improving a range of different IT systems that support business processes.
We are looking for Service Designers who have experience designing and delivering service management processes.
You will be representing the service design team to bring Service Integration teams together with business users to ensure an ideal solution is designed.
Key Responsibilities: Update Service Catalogue and associated OLAs and SLAs Conduct stakeholder interviews and inception workshops Liaising with internal business stakeholders and external vendors Define and maintain Service Risk Register for the project's Service Acceptance Key Requirements: Broad range of experience in HCD and service design and leading design initiatives Understanding and working experience with ITIL frameworks Experience with Service Management Tools and Delivery Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Peoples are encouraged to apply.
