Job Title: Head of Retail
The Head of Retail plays a crucial role in driving the success of Culture Kings retail operations by overseeing multiple store locations throughout Australia and New Zealand.

Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per annum
Key Responsibilities:
Staff management and development: Hiring, training, and supervising store managers and retail staff.
Providing coaching and development opportunities to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Ensuring effective communication and teamwork among employees.
Performance management: Monitoring and evaluating the performance of each retail store, analysing sales data, and identifying areas for improvement.
Providing guidance and support to store managers to help them meet their targets.
Operational oversight: Ensuring that all retail locations maintain consistent visual merchandising standards, store layouts, and product presentations.
Monitoring inventory levels, supply chain management, and logistics to optimise efficiency and reduce costs.
Budgeting and financial management: Having an acute awareness of annual budgets for each retail store and monitoring financial performance.
Analysing sales data, profitability, and expenses to identify areas for cost reduction and revenue enhancement.
