An unique opportunity has opened up to join the executive leadership team as the Head of Growth and Communications (HoGC).
As the HoGC, you are the brain that supercharges their success.
Success from the growth perspective is measured in three key metrics: customer acquisition, customer retention, and customer activation.
This is a senior role that forms one of the three pillars in the executive leadership team (product, growth, and operations).
The successful candidate should be highly driven and a deep thinker with a sound marketing plan and the right strategy to execute on that plan.
You should have a dynamic mindset, be highly alert to the fast-changing cryptocurrency industry, and be a quick executor who gets things done on time.
Additionally, you should be familiar with growth hacking concepts, especially viral marketing techniques.
You should be data-driven, constantly monitoring performance versus benchmarks and acting accordingly.
The HoGC should have experience managing junior marketing staff and liaising with external marketing agencies.
You will ensure that our external communications are consistent and strong, overseeing the development of brand collateral and developing internal and external communications and marketing strategies.
You will also liaise with the media to help with brand exposure.
The successful candidate is a key part of the executive leadership team and will report directly to the founders of the business.
Requirements:
Experienced marketing leader, with more than 5 years of proven track record in a leadership role Experience with a range of marketing platforms and tools, and is up to date with the most recent marketing techniques Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proven track record in a regulated environment (e.g.
gaming, financial services) The ability to promote an experience, rather than a product The ability to understand a new industry and its target audience quickly The ability to oversee and create content that will appeal to our target audience Be technology-savvy and have a passion for startups and fintech Excellent interpersonal skills and attitude Experience with cryptocurrency is a must Highly professional and self-driven Remuneration and benefits:
