My client is seeking a candidate who is well-versed in managing high-rise residential buildings and commercial properties.
The main focus will be to oversee the operations of the asset whilst ensuring the smooth running of the facilities, maintaining a high standard of service, safety, and maintenance regarding all tenants involved.
Main Duties and Experience: Manage and coordinate with contractors to ensure all repairs, cleaning, security, and maintenance are up to standard.Conduct daily building inspections to identify and address maintenance issues and safety hazards within the asset.Oversee building maintenance, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and common area upkeep.Ensure the building complies with all regulations, including health and safety codes, accessibility, and environmental standards.Ensure tenant inquiries are addressed and effectively resolved in a timely manner to ensure tenant satisfaction.Maintain records and prepare reports on facility operations.Extra Details: Location: Brisbane CBDPay Range: $45 P/H - $55 P/H + Super2-3 Month Temp Assignment (Strong Possibility of Extension)Must be immediately availableResidential/Commercial background (Highly Desirable)Base Building Operations (Highly Desirable)No Criminal History (Must have)Working Rights in Australia (Must have)Current CV/Resume:Your application will be treated strictly confidential.
