Building Designer

An opportunity awaits a Building Designer to become an integral team member in our expanding business.

Prime Design is engaged to design projects all over Tasmania, from new homes and extensions, to multi-residential developments and a range of commercial projects.

The Role
We are looking for an experienced Building Designer to join our team, 38 hours per week.
A team player who is keen to learn and bring new ideas and improvement to a busy and growing business.

Qualifications & experience
Minimum of 5 years experience Bachelor of Environmental Design/ Bachelor of Architecture & Built Environments or; Diploma in Building Design Experience with Revit highly desirable Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other Windows applications Strong communication skills - verbal and written Strong time management and organisational skills Ability to work well in a team and independently Understanding of the approval process Tasks & responsibilities
Documentation of projects Follow systems and procedures Work with Consultants Work with Senior Designers Applications close 5pm, 19th November 2024, only successful applicants will be notified.
