This role forms a key part of the Applications team by taking technical ownership of one or multiple applications and ensuring they are effectively utilised, properly maintained and continuously improved. About the Role: Technical ownership of broadcast applications, including Zetta, GSelector, NewsBoss, Triton. Providing escalation support to end users. Performing system maintenance tasks. Documentation and maintenance of the portfolio entry for each application. Encouraging standardised usage of the application across all relevant areas of the business (e.g.: metro and regional). Documenting processes related to owned applications and ensuring they are well understood. Understanding the business function and/or objective of owned applications. About you: Detailed technical knowledge of broadcast applications, Zetta and GSelector are a must have. Knowledge of the business function that will be supported. Experience developing and/or implementing processes. Experience in a technical customer support role. Radio experience is ideal. Self-starting attitude - ability to take initiative, learn quickly, and adapt approach. Strong and effective communication skills (written and verbal). Disciplined approach, naturally organised and committed. Excellent stakeholder management skills, the ability to develop strong working relationships.
