A little bit about the role: As Endeavour Foundation continues to grow and support the community and workplace as a leading disability service provider, we have an exciting opportunity for a Brand Specialist - Digital Content in our Brand Team. The role will include:  Support the planning, implementation, and evaluation of brand content strategies across digital channels. Create, plan and produce compelling content for digital channels (including website, blog and email) plus assist in campaign amplification activity across social and digital content platforms. Translate complex content by storytelling and understanding audience profiles to increase engagement. Champion the role of brand and content, guiding creative direction for key stakeholders with an omnichannel approach. Identify and implement opportunities for improvements in content creation through emerging technologies. Deliver an approach that creates highly engaging content for defined target audiences that showcase our services, whilst advocating for people with disability. Produce and optimise top-of-funnel email content and distribution. Represent Brand within cross-functional projects to deliver brand and strategic communication plans. Contribute to the delivery of brand projects, events, campaigns, and marcomms channels. Support junior team members through collaboration, mentoring and proofing work. Develop and implement effective marketing dashboards and reports that inform performance across key brand health metrics. What will you bring: Minimum 5 years of marketing experience with a strong focus on content delivery through website and email campaigns. Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Business or Communications. Strong understanding of SEO principles and digital marketing trends. Strong copywriting and storytelling skills. Experience in email marketing, customer journey mapping and developing associated content. Proven track record in developing engaging content such as copy, images, video, blogs, eDMs for website and other channels. Experience in channel integration. Thorough knowledge of marketing principles and best practices within a large organisation. Project management experience and an understanding of emerging technology trends.
