Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will seamlessly translate the value created by The Lune Co's operational departments into memorable and impactful brand communications that celebrate and elevate our world-class product.
You will be the key player in the management and execution of the digital marketing strategy (including brand management, press releases and PR, advertising and creative design) for all venues to drive growth and see The Lune Co transcend the hospitality sector and be recognised as a premium global brand.We offer: A competitive compensation packageA number of employee benefits including an EAP, paid parental leave, and a paid day off on your birthdayEmployment which values the individual, where the option for some flexibility in working arrangements is offered (though the role is majority office based)Opportunities for advancement and ongoing professional developmentAn inclusive and supportive work environment centred around our values of growth, positivity, pride, respect and excellenceYour responsibilities:Creating and managing marketing strategies for each venue that align to business objectivesManaging a small but dedicated marketing teamSetting digital marketing KPIs and performance objectivesUpholding and advising on The Lune Co's brands, including brand position and style guideSeeking out and managing public relations opportunities, including brand activations and partnershipsManaging each brand's digital channels including website, email marketing, social media and loyaltyManaging and reporting on performance of marketing activitiesManaging, planning and tracking marketing budgets to align with business objectives and ensure value for moneyCopywriting and proofreading all marketing material for each venue including weekly social media and regular EDMs.Building relationships between the marketing and other executive departments to ensure all venues receive adequate marketing support and understand the value and impact of marketingLiaising with venue managers and others across the business to drive digital marketing performanceKeeping on top of upcoming hospitality and marketing trends to identify new opportunities for growth and innovationThe ideal candidate for this role will have:Experience in a brand management or senior digital marketing role, with specifically senior experience in brand building, digital marketing, social media management, copywriting or content creationBachelor's degree in communications, journalism, public relations, marketing, or related fieldExceptional leadership skills – someone who looks to motivate, develop and engage with their team and othersThe ability to remain calm under pressureStrong interpersonal and communication skills with all stakeholders internal and external, in both written and verbal formats.Excellent organisational skills and be detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and manage time effectivelyProven ability to develop, implement, and execute successful public relations campaignsHigh-level proficiency or familiarity in using Meta platforms, Adobe programs, Klaviyo, Later, WordPress, Squarespace, Shopify, Microsoft suite.Full Australian work rightsA passion for our brand and our productIf you think this sounds like you, please apply with your resume and a cover letter outlining your interest and what you would bring to this leadership role and the company as a whole.
