Role purposeThe key purpose of the Brand Experience Executive is the effective tactical execution of key marketing activity and campaigns to deliver the marketing objectives for the centre and to drive the best customer experience for the centre's community.The Brand Experience Executive will support the Regional Brand Experience Manager and National Marketing more broadly in the development of marketing strategies and the tactical amplification of the Centre's Marketing plan which will be aligned to the Vision Strategy and Action Plan (VSA's). In addition, in conjunction with the Regional Brand Experience Manager the Brand Experience Executive will generate local tactical activity creative briefs with local requirements to be aligned with VSA pillars and national toolkits.Responsibilities include and are not limited to:Strong understanding of retailer businesses and engagement, ensuring regular and meaningful communication and reporting with our retail partners at all times. Whilst brand-led and nationally supported, understanding of the local competitive landscape and key customer insights to ensure a level of customisation of the Centre marketing plan to drive local community engagement, activations and partnerships. In conjunction with the Digital and Social Specialist implement social and digital activity, monitoring and reporting.Event, campaign and activation install, dismantle, risk assessments and day to day management during each event/ campaign or activationLegal and compliance duties including briefing of terms and conditions and escalating compliance and governance requirements to the necessary teamsFinancial/ budgeting duties will include raising purchase orders, processing invoices, monthly forecasting and the annual budgeting processLocalise the national sustainability strategy including relationship management, community bookings and data reporting.Centre operational support including and not limited to centre walks, duty management, customer service desk assistance, hoarding management, PA announcements, visual merchandising, new store support, warden training, maintaining the marketing storeroom, updating resolve and consumer complaints and onsite contractor support. Administrative and reporting duties will include and are not limited to preparing reports and attending CAR Meeting's and state meeting's; Centre administrative support (from time to time) and the performance management of traffic, sales and campaign PIR's and compliance reporting.What will you bring?You will be an experienced marketing professional with competency in modern, results driven marketing. You will have a proven capability in delivering marketing events and activity targeted to meet marketing objectives, identified customer segments and sales categories, driven by a good understanding of the local competitive landscape and key customer insights. This will require:Event implementation and management skillsProofreading and editing skillsInterpersonal and strong verbal and written communication skillsCustomer service skillsFinancial acumen and proven performance to drive value and commercial results.Strong organisational, compliance and time management skillsAbility to work as a part of a team and develop/ maintain strategic relationships Known for your passion and experience in the retail and/or shopping centre marketing industry, you have a reputation for continually nurturing customers, understanding their needs and always delivering on the consumer experience.
