Overview
We are seeking an experienced Branch/Operations Manager to oversee operations at the Mentone branch for a leading medical mobility device company.
This role has no direct reports but will be pivotal in ensuring efficient day-to-day operations of the branch and maintaining high standards of customer service and product fulfilment.
Responsibilities Operational Management: Direct responsibility for all aspects of the branch operations, including purchasing, stock management, and pricing. Inventory Control: Manage inventory levels to ensure adequate stock is maintained while minimizing excess. Supplier Relations: Build and maintain effective relationships with suppliers, ensure competitive pricing and timely delivery of goods. Budget Management: Monitor branch expenses and ensure operations remain within budgetary constraints. Customer Satisfaction: Maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction by ensuring products are readily available and delivered on time. Compliance: Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures. Reporting: Provide regular reports to the National Operations Manager regarding branch performance, challenges, and opportunities for improvement. Requirements: Experience in Branch/Operations Management with stock management, purchasing and pricing experience. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and market trends. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers, suppliers, and colleagues at all levels. Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to overcoming challenges. Live close to the Parkdale/Mentone area. Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management or a related field is a nice to have. Salary & Benefits Salary range depending on experience + super + benefits (this role does not have direct reports, so ideally will not be above $100k base). Mon - Fri 9am - 5pm.
