Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership: Define and execute eCommerce and product strategies that align with business objectives, driving online growth and enhancing the customer journey. Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO): Improve website performance through systematic testing, user behaviour analysis, and data-driven adjustments that increase conversions. Team Collaboration: Work closely with UX/UI designers, content creators, developers, and marketing teams to create engaging and intuitive digital experiences. Trend Awareness: Stay ahead of eCommerce and digital marketing trends, driving innovation and continuous improvement in product offerings. Leadership & Mentorship: Lead and mentor a diverse team of digital professionals, fostering collaboration and aligning efforts with business goals. About You Proven Experience: Demonstrated expertise in eCommerce management and digital marketing, with a track record of delivering measurable results. Customer-Centric Mindset: Extensive experience in business-to-consumer eCommerce, understanding customer needs, preferences, and behaviours to drive loyalty and satisfaction. Analytical Expertise: Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics to inform strategic decisions and identify growth opportunities. Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of UX principles, CRO strategies, and digital optimisation processes. Leadership Skills: Ability to lead cross-functional teams, mentor junior professionals, and ensure alignment across various business units.
