About the Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Bid Writer to contribute to high value and strategic bid opportunities for our Facility Management business unit in Australia and New Zealand.
Reporting directly to the Manager of Bid Development, and based at our Collins Street office in Docklands, this permanent full-time position provides the opportunity to put your creativity and communications skills to work as we pursue new opportunities and markets.

Leveraging your strong bid writing and tender response experience, your key responsibilities will be:
Actively contributing to winning key contracts in Australia and New Zealand, supporting the end-to-end bid development process.
Contributing to tender response development and adding value throughout the process.
Being creative in solution development and articulation.
Engaging with stakeholders during all tender stages to deliver a professional outcome.
Building and maintaining relationships to add value through the tender phase.

About You
To be successful in this role, you will have experience creating compelling bid and tender responses in complex business environments, ideally with a delivery provider of asset management, operations and/or maintenance services; however, this is not essential.
You will excel at engaging with people to develop outstanding written content.
With a proven ability to meet deadlines, you will work effectively with a diverse group of capable and dedicated professionals across a complex organisation.
Your outstanding written communication skills will enable you to articulate solutions compellingly, connecting content and winning themes to your audience.

Additionally, you will demonstrate and possess the following:
Outstanding written communication skills fine-tuned through writing a range of tenders.
A track record of working confidently with stakeholders from all levels, including operations personnel and business leaders.
The confidence and willingness to challenge the status quo.
Excellent project management skills and attention to detail.
Flexibility, including a willingness to jump in as required to help out the team.
