This role is designed for individuals who thrive in a dynamic environment and are committed to personal and professional growth within the fitness industry.
Key Responsibilities: Member Experience and Coaching: Deliver high-quality fitness coaching, ensuring an exceptional member experience that fosters satisfaction and retention.
Sales and Business Development: Drive membership growth through effective sales strategies, member acquisition, and retention efforts.
Work towards specific growth targets, including uptake of programs such as the 8-Week Challenge.
Team Collaboration and Leadership: Partner closely with the Assistant Studio Manager to align on business goals, manage studio operations, and nurture a motivating, supportive environment for both team and members.
Requirements: Minimum 2 years of management experience.
Certificate IV in Fitness; additional qualifications in strength & conditioning are preferred.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance targets.
Strong interpersonal skills with an outgoing, friendly demeanour.
Reliable, enthusiastic, and takes pride in professional accomplishments.
Growth mindset with a keen interest in personal and professional development.
Performance Expectations: Achieve set targets for membership growth and retention.
Maintain high member experience scores and increase program participation rates.
Foster a vibrant community atmosphere and uphold the BFT brand standards.
