Description About the role We are currently seeking energetic and bright individuals to join our aviation screening team at Darwin International Airport.
This position is responsible for passenger and baggage screening, with a focus on delivering a high level of customer service.
No previous experience is necessary as fully paid training is provided, including the new Certificate II in Transport Security Protection (TSP) that is now required for all Aviation Screening Officers.
We currently have part-time roles available, with opportunities to progress to full-time positions for the right candidates.
Candidates must be available to commence training from 25 March 2024.
Duties include: Screening people and their personal belongings, including the use of screening technology such as body scanners and X-rays.
Monitoring access control to secure areas.
Providing consistent high-quality customer service.
Reporting and recording incidents.
