Automotive New and Used Sales ConsultantWe are introducing our customers to the world of Mahindra at our new site in Hopper Crossing.
Must have dealership sales experience.
Responsibilities:Help develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve set targets.Build and maintain strong customer relationships, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations, including inventory management and after-sales support.Requirements:Must have experience as a New or Used Vehicle Sales in an automotive dealership setting.Excellent selling and organisational skills (must be a proactive self-starter).Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and stakeholders.Results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.Familiarity with the local market and customer preferences is an advantage.Must have a current full VIC driver's licence.What we offer:We offer a competitive salary package, commission structure, and growth opportunities within our expanding new dealership.
