Details : Licensing and Compliance (L&C) is seeking highly motivated people to join the Public Land Use team. L&C comprises three teams: Land Use Licensing, Compliance (Proactive and Reactive), and Investigations.
The Land Use Licensing Team is responsible for approving the majority of temporary use on public unleased land in the Territory, administered under the 'Public Unleased Land Act 2013' and 'Planning Act 2023' . The team works with the community and government agencies to support activities such as private and community events, construction, and commercial operations.

Eligibility/ Other Requirements: Permanent Resident of Australia. Driver's licence Class 'C' or higher is essential. This position requires a pre-employment medical check. Note: This is a temporary position available from 3 March 2025 until 4 July 2025. Selection may be based on application and referee reports only. This position will primarily work from home; however, attendance at a workplace may be required under activity-based working (ABW) arrangements, where officers do not have a designated workstation/desk.
