Base salary range: Level 8, $112,114 – $122,544 p.a. plus 17% superannuation. About the opportunity Lead and oversee the effective delivery of multiple physical capital works projects and programs, ensuring alignment with UWA's strategic goals throughout feasibility, design, procurement, construction, and close-out phases. Provide continuous improvement input into the University's physical capital works project planning and delivery frameworks. About you Relevant postgraduate qualification or equivalent experience in project management or a related field. Extensive experience in leading the delivery of complex physical capital projects/programs, particularly in areas of technical, health or adult educational facilities. Knowledge of relevant legislative and regulatory requirements, including Australian Building Codes and Standards, Occupational Safety & Health, and principles of universal access. Proven ability to manage and influence stakeholders, consultants, and project teams effectively.
