The Skills
If the values feel like a fit, skills-wise we are searching for an Associate or Senior Associate with at least 4 years' post admission experience in a disputes and insolvency practice. In the role, you'll be:Managing a portfolio of commercial litigation and insolvency matters from start to finish, including conducting research, attending court, and negotiating settlements. Providing technical legal advice to clients on various litigation and insolvency matters, including bankruptcy, liquidation, receivership, and insolvency litigation. Overseeing all legal documents including pleadings and submissions, motions, affidavits, and settlement agreements prepared by your team. Working collaboratively with clients, partners, and other team members to develop and implement effective strategies to resolve matters. Assisting in the development and training of junior team members. Developing and maintaining strong client relationships and providing exceptional client service.
