Position overview The ANU School of Literature, Languages and Linguistics seeks to appoint an education-focused Associate Lecturer in French to broaden and further strengthen the teaching profile of its French Program.
The appointee will bring expertise and educational innovation to an award-winning program, as well as an active research agenda in either language pedagogy or French Studies more broadly with a demonstrated interest in teaching-related scholarly activities.
Candidates will have a record of excellence in teaching French at a tertiary level utilising their expertise in language teaching pedagogy.
The successful candidate will have a demonstrated capacity to teach core language and culture courses at all levels and experience in developing French language curriculum and materials, including online materials.
The candidate will also possess a demonstrated capacity to contribute to the program through collegial collaboration across research and service.
