The Role Continuing, Full Time Level 10 - $137,997 to $146,330 pa (plus 17% superannuation)
Albury-Wodonga, Bathurst, Orange, Wagga Wagga
As part of the leadership team, the Associate Director, Project Management Office is responsible for developing and providing leadership of high-quality project, portfolio, business process improvement, and business analysis services.
You will provide strategic advice and support the governance of technology-related projects at Charles Sturt, including the support of its formal governance structures and committees.
You will play a critical role in engaging stakeholders within Charles Sturt to provide advice and support for their needs in line with the universities' strategic outcomes.
Due to the demands of the role, preference will be given to candidates who are currently based or are willing to relocate to one of the advertised locations to take up this role.
About You: An in-depth understanding and extensive demonstrated experience in project management, business analysis, and business improvement frameworks, methodologies, and best practice, and its practical application. Demonstrated strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills. Proven strong people management skills including extensive experience in the management, recruitment, and development of teams across multiple locations. Experience in analysing and optimising complex, enterprise business processes securing measurable benefits.
