You will also enjoy the rewarding experience of mentoring younger professionals and seeing them succeed and progress in their careers over time.What you will do:Work on iconic projectsWork in a high impact, market-facing and civil engineering delivery focused roleManage ongoing communication and highly effective professional relationships with local clientsAscertain specifications and evolving client requirementsProactively determine, manage, monitor and control scope of worksEnsure timely and quality of delivery for project and civil engineering work in support of relevant technical, commercial and regulatory standards – and in alignment with schedules and budgetsManage effective stakeholder relationships, both internally and externallyProvide sound technical/delivery guidance for the teamMentor, train and develop the careers of junior engineersPartner with internal stakeholders and a collaborative, national team in a multidisciplinary engineering setting.About you:Bachelor to Masters' level degree (Civil Engineering)Chartered status with Engineers Australia (desirable)Excellent expertise in civil engineering and design documentation, including sound working knowledge of relevant Standards and CodesSolid industry experience on Australian civil engineering projects, ideally in a consulting environmentHigh level of expertise in effectively delivering multiple, concurrent projects ranging and scale and sectorSound client facing, business development and account/relationship management skillsStrong project management skills, including managing civil engineering teamsAdept in cross-discipline project delivery and an effective collaborator with all key engineering disciplinesProven ability to lead, train and mentor junior engineers across technical and project delivery aspectsHighly developed customer-focus, leadership, teamwork, interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills.About WSPWSP is one of the world's leading professional services consulting firms.
