Contribute to the professional development of teachers About the Role The Assistant Director of Teaching Development will play a crucial role in developing, implementing, and leading a strategic program for staff professional growth and development in the Senior School, aligned with approaches in the Primary School and for Operational staff. This role aims to unlock staff potential, help them achieve their career aspirations, and ensure the successful delivery of professional learning programs in support of the Director of Teaching Development.
About You You are dedicated, passionate and possess the following:
Proven experience to develop innovative academic pathways to achieve outstanding academic results for all students The ability to work collaboratively with other members of staff and lead others The ability to implement initiatives, project delivery and change management Administrative and organisational skills Communication and interpersonal skills Commitment to the full life of an Independent school and a willingness to engage in School activities out of regular hours.
