Assistant Director, Event Systems and Framework Review
Full-time TemporaryDetails: We are seeking an Assistant Director, Event Systems and Framework Review to ensure safe, compliant, and high-quality events across our diverse indoor and outdoor venues at the National Arboretum Canberra and UC Stromlo Forest Park. In this position, you will review our event management framework to improve efficiencies and information management, ensure compliance with WHS, emergency, risk, and security protocols, and manage commercial and third-party operator involvement.
Key Responsibilities: Develop effective event and venue policies and procedures.Manage cross-government coordination and risk.Ensure the customer journey aligns with best practices.Handle procurement and continue implementing the CRM system.Report on program deliverables.This role requires excellent coordination and interpersonal skills.
