The Asset Manager is responsible for maximising profitability and ROI across their portfolio of hotels. Experience in revenue management or finance in the hotel space is highly relevant. Specifically cluster / regional / area revenue management experience is ideal!

Key Responsibilities : Financial Oversight & Analysis: review hotel budget / balance sheet / other financial reports, financial modelling and analysis, identify key drivers and opportunities for improvementMarket & Operational Oversight: review owner's packs and attend owners meetings, negotiate contracts across properties, analyse and track hotel delivery channels, provide market overviewsCoordination: work closely with internal and external stakeholdersSkills and Experience : The ideal candidate will have strong experience in the hotel industry across either Revenue Management and / or Finance and:
