Your Impact As a Graphic Designer within 1house, you'll play a pivotal role in bringing our brands to life. Key Responsibilities Deliver creative solutions for collateral across print and digital channels, ensuring designs align with brand standards and client briefs. Collaborate with the Trade Marketing team to develop compelling designs for social media, print campaigns, and digital assets. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality output. Proactively organise tasks and workflows using project management tools such as Asana, ensuring deliverables are completed efficiently. Utilise a Digital Asset Management (DAM) system to maintain and manage creative assets. Build strong relationships with internal clients, effectively communicating project timelines and delivering work that exceeds expectations. About You You are a talented designer with a passion for creating consumer-focused visuals that inspire action. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and bring a proactive, solution-focused mindset to everything you do. You're not just a designer; you're a creative problem solver with the technical expertise and adaptability to deliver exceptional results.
Proven experience in design roles (agency, brand, or freelance) with a portfolio showcasing impactful work. Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) and proficiency in PowerPoint for presentations. Strong time management and organisational skills, with the ability to balance competing priorities. A collaborative team player who fosters positive relationships and isn't afraid to ask questions or seek help when needed.
