Art & Crafts Workshop Manager

Looking for an experienced manager to start and operate an arts and craft studio next to our successful cafe business.

Classes may include pottery, canvas, jewellery making, etc. The current space has a kitchenette, space for 10+ students, and a small outdoor courtyard. Our cafe opens until 8PM and is also licensed as a liquor venue, if a paint & sip session is your preferred medium.

The start-up costs will be covered, as will all supplies and rent. A basic salary during the initial setup phase, which includes the teaching of the class of your specialty, along with a percentage commission of each class once the studio is operational will be paid to the successful applicant.

You will be responsible for sourcing supplies, managing bookings, marketing, finding teachers, and arranging classes.
