Architect - High End Houses

A boutique residential studio is seekinga talented Architect to work on high end private residential projects. You willbe a Registered Architect with 3+ years proven experience in residential architecture, a high level of Revit proficiencyas well strong design, delivery and client facing skills.
Key Responsibilities Provide outstanding client service on high budget houses and other boutique projects Work on projects from start to completion (including technical aspects) Ensure timely and high quality documentation and detailing Work closely with others and mentor junior team members Ensure highest quality design is delivered through to the final details and finishes Work closely with clients and team members Potentially work across 3-4 projects at any one timeSkills and Experience Relevanttertiary qualifications 1-3yrs experience as a Registered Architect Good design eye - able to work through design development Past local experience on high budget private residential projects as demonstrated within a portfolio Outstanding record for completing all stages pf a project from design, approvals through to construction detailing Strong Revit knowledge Contract Administration skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team Excellent communication skillsBenefits and Culture A collaborativework culture Great projects working end to end Flexible working hours Supportive culture for working parents Fun studio activities
