This vital position is prestigious within the College as you will be acting at the forefront of customer service representing the brand of the school, communicating with the parents/guardians re outstanding school fees.
There is also flexibility available in start/finish times.
The position is based at their Eastern suburbs base but has hybrid work from home + office arrangements during school holiday periods.
Full training and support is provided.
Duties;monitoring debtor payment histories contacting new families with no direct debits established contacting all families with outstanding fees longer than 12 months contacting families who've had declined payments entering debtors data into system monthly reporting contacting families with direct debit stop dates Maintaining confidentiality regarding the financial data and information of the College Record all debtor communication in to Synergetic including phone call notes, emails etc.
devising payment plans Invoicing/receipting Liaising with key internal stakeholders Other ad-hoc duties as required by Finance and Business Manager About You Ideally you will have come from a background where you have collected monies from consumers directly, this could be from the Health, Utility, or Banking/Financial services sector.
However, candidates with high level communication/customer service skills from other industries are strongly encouraged to apply.
