Salary: $91,702 - $104,753 + 10% BDCP + up to 15.4% Superannuation

Our ideal candidate will have a knowledge and understanding of SAFe and waterfall project management frameworks. Experience using Kanban and Jira platforms to manage project activities. Experience working in a Defence environment. Ability to learn and have experience using ServiceNow. About our Team
The Security and Interoperability Delivery Branch (SIDB) sits within the Military Systems Division in Defence Digital Group (DDG). The Branch delivers essential Military ICT capabilities achieved through working closely with capability sponsors and national and international partners. SIDB is an enthusiastic adopter of SAFe Agile methodologies where this enables SIDB to rapidly translate new technologies into ADF capability. SIDB encourages innovation to streamline processes to unify work output and delivery.
Our Ideal Candidate
SIDB needs skilled, enthusiastic and self-motivated Project Manager who can:
Establish and maintain effective and productive working relationships with our stakeholders, including our international partners; Identify, report and treat project risk; Support strategic decision-makers by preparing high-quality project reporting, briefs and presentations; Respond to tasking from SIDB Directors to support the governance and management of the Branch; Experience in leading technical staff and multi-disciplinary teams to deliver projects, as well as adapt and prioritise work to meet frequently changing deadlines; Well-developed leadership skills, including the ability to lead a team that can pivot to changing priorities.
