A long term contract for an experienced Graphic Designer with a large Federal government organisation Your new company Is a Federal Government Department with offices in Brisbane CBD. Your new role You will be working as an APS6 Graphic Designer will take the lead in applying a new brand across the organisation. The Graphic Designer will be responsible for the timely implementation and integration of our brand's visual identity, in line with the approved brand guidelines. Working collaboratively with various stakeholders, the Graphic Designer will create new templates, designs, and materials to apply the new brand clearly and consistently across internal and external products. Key responsibilities: Implementing the new brand clearly and consistently across internal and external collateral and products within a tight timeframe. Working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to deliver project requirements and find the best design solutions for engaging with our audiences and meeting business needs. Producing high-quality design work using industry-standard software, including Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office Suite. Creating and applying branded material that meets web-accessibility standards. What you'll need to succeed Qualifications and demonstrated skills and experience in graphic design, including knowledge and experience of relevant industry standard software (Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office Suite). Demonstrated ability to balance competing priorities, work under pressure and meet agreed deadlines. Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively with team members and develop effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Demonstrated understanding of style guides and brand consistency requirements and how to apply them. Previous experience in large-scale brand implementation will be highly regarded.
