Details of the offer

We are currently seeking a number of highly organised and motivatedAPS6 Grants Assessorsto assist with a large Federal Government Grant.

Positions are across APS5 - EL1 levels.

The team
The Australian Government is providing $200 million for this program, which will provide funding for local solutions and improvements that address participation barriers faced by women and girls.

Ideally, you will possess the following skills and experience: Grant assessment experience within Government environmentDemonstrated analysis, evaluation, and problem-solving skillsSound judgement, ability to think strategically, identify issues and escalate potential risksExperience utilising the whole of government grant system known as GPSRecent experience assessing capital works and infrastructure grants is desirable, but not mandatoryYou will need experience working ina similiar environment.You will be highly organised, with excellent attention to detail. You will also need to be anAustralian Citizenwith a current police check. A baseline security clearance is highly desirable.

These roles willcommence from29th April with interviews to commence immediately. Assignments arethrough toJune 2024with view to extension. These positions are full-time business hours, offering $55 per hour - $80 per hour based on experience.

Positions are Canberra based with flexible/ WFH options available.
