About the Role As an Apprentice Sign Writer in the City Maintenance Trades Team at Georges River Council, you'll work alongside skilled professionals to design, produce, and install signs for various projects.
This hands-on role will allow you to build skills in computer-based design, vinyl application, and signage production techniques while focusing on safety and quality outcomes.
What We Offer You: Full-Time, Temporary Position (Up to 3 Year Apprenticeship) with competitive pay from $47,845.20 per annum, plus superannuation 11.5%.

What We're Looking For: Enrolled in a Signwriting Apprenticeship Program : Working towards or willingness to enrol in  Certificate III in Signs and Graphics (CPC30216) .
Construction Induction Card (White Card) : Required for safety compliance on worksites.
Commitment to WHS and EEO Principles : A strong focus on safety, teamwork, and inclusivity.
Customer Service Commitment : Positive attitude and dedication to delivering high-quality work.
Attention to Detail : Ability to work accurately with measurements, designs, and installation requirements.
Effective Communication Skills : Strong verbal and written communication to work collaboratively with the team and stakeholders.
Licences: Current class C drivers licence (or working towards).
