3-year contract Buderim location Hybrid work options Eden Ritchie Recruitment is seeking a skilled Communications Officer to support major transport infrastructure projects by delivering high-level communication services and advice.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement communication and engagement strategies for transport projects.
Provide expert advice on stakeholder engagement, media management, and communication risks.
Build and maintain strategic relationships with stakeholders, contractors, and community groups.
Plan and manage communication activities, events, and ensure compliance with governance frameworks.
About You: Proven experience in strategic communication or community engagement within infrastructure or transport sectors.
Strong capabilities in public relations, community engagement, and media management.
Excellent ability to build and sustain collaborative relationships.
Degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or Marketing (desirable).
Certification in International Association for Public Participation (IAP2) is a plus.
