Are you ready to lead and inspire in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment? The Dog and Parrot Tavern is looking for a Gaming Manager to oversee our vibrant gaming operations and ensure exceptional guest experiences.
What you'll do: Be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Gaming room. Lead and develop a team to ensure an outstanding guest experience every time. Coordinate training for the team to ensure compliance and operational excellence. Ensure we maintain exceptional presentation standards of the Venue. Implement and champion the Venue's Responsible Gambling Code. What you'll need: Gaming experience within a Venue. Ability to lead effective teams and build a positive culture. Operational experience to achieve financial and business targets. Current RSA, RMLV, Approved Managers and RSG are essential. The desire to be part of a fun, productive, and professional team.
