Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments under ANACC Providing 1:1 evidence-based programs and services Home Care Package and Short-Term Restorative Care clients Provide individualised therapy services to maintain functional capacity, prevent deterioration, maximise quality of life and to re-engage with community activities. Lead group exercise, falls prevention and healthy lifestyle classes, fostering strength, balance, and wellness in the community. Assist clients in overcoming barriers and achieving their goals.
