As an Advisor (B2B Solutions), you will lead our team in adhering to best practices and principles while fostering an environment of innovation and collaboration.Facilitate and champion the delivery framework, ensuring adherence to principles and practices.Serve as a leader, helping the team self-organize, remove obstacles, and maintain a productive environment.Analyse team dynamics and advise on improving collaboration, communication, and teamwork within the team.Foster continuous improvement, enabling the team to deliver high-quality products and achieve sprint goals effectively.Facilitate agile events and ensure their productivity, coaching the team and encouraging self-organization.Maintain a basic understanding of the functional aspects of SAP Ariba and SAP Fieldglass.Manage stakeholder relationships, ensuring alignment on priorities and managing expectations.Maintain and update project artifacts, such as the product backlog, Sprint backlog, and burndown charts.Work with the Manager (Client Services) to identify and remove impediments hindering the team's progress, coordinating with stakeholders to address issues.Collaborate with other units to ensure the team has necessary resources and support, addressing dependencies and negotiating resource allocations.Guide the team in analysing processes and performance during Sprint Retrospectives, advising on areas for improvement.Provide advice on prioritising the product backlog and selecting user stories or features to work on during a sprint.Interpret the impact of adoption and provide advice on managing changes and cultural shifts required for successful transformation. Qualifications: Experience using SAP Ariba and/or SAP Fieldglass with an understanding of platform functionalities is preferred.
