It's all part of the way we partner with the community to help every individual lead a healthy life.About the role: Reporting to the Associate and working under the supervision of the Senior Project Officer, the Administrative Officer will be responsible for providing administration and coordination support to the Patient Review Panel key purpose of this role is to process and be responsible for applications made to the Patient Review Panel for further storage periods of embryos and gametes. This includes reviewing applications, data entry, liaising with IVF clinics and applicants, making recommendations to Panel members, processing decisions and advising applicants and clinics of Patient Review Panel Unit provides secretariat and legal support to the Patient Review Panel, an independent quasi-judicial body established under Part 9 of the Assisted Reproductive Treatment Act 2008 that determines complex and sensitive applications by individuals and couples who wish to access assisted reproductive treatment where permission to do so is required. About us: At the Victorian Department of Health we want a future where Victorians are the healthiest people in the world.
