About the Role WorkPac are seeking an Administration assistant for a role based in Jabiru.
This position is a Bus in/bus out role with a Monday to Friday roster for a 12-month duration.
Key Duties and Responsibilities: Supporting the site leadership team in daily operations (meeting preparation, travel arrangements, presentations, running routine reports etc.
)Coordination of travel administration for site (arranging team travel, site visits and onboarding utilising Inflight and RTTMS) Purchase to Pay via SAP (raising purchase orders for site consumables, labour hire, creating service entry sheets etc) Stakeholder engagement with our contract partners General administrative assistance for operations Skills and Experience required: Advanced secretarial and administration support skills Strong communication skills Strong continuous improvement applications High level attention to detail Ability to work productively both in a team an independently Experience using SAP Proficiency with Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and SharePoint A current C Class manual drivers licence How to Apply: Click on the Apply button or for more information please contact: WorkPac Recruitment Consultant: Tiffany Parker on 07 4979 8602 or email ****** quoting the below reference number.
