Administrative Support Officer Opportunity (APS 5)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Support Officer to support key functions within a dynamic team. This role involves administrative and financial coordination, ensuring processes run smoothly and efficiently to meet organizational goals. The successful candidate will act as a resource across various branches, providing accurate financial guidance, supporting governance and reporting needs, and preparing critical documentation.
Location Canberra Brisbane Melbourne Sydney Key Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and maintain effective administrative and financial processes. Coordinate requests for information and prepare reports, briefings, and correspondence. Support governance activities including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. Provide timely and accurate advice to staff on financial matters using tools like Power BI. Selection Criteria: Proven experience in administrative and financial process support.
