We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Administration and Accounts Support.
As an Administration and Accounts Support at Grady Strata & Facilities, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative and financial functions. Your responsibilities will include:
Administrative Support:Managing office supplies and inventoryCoordinating meetings and appointmentsHandling correspondence and communicationMaintaining organised online filing systemsAccounts Support:Assisting with accounts payable and receivableProcessing invoices and expense reportsSupporting the preparation of financial reportsQualifications:Proven experience in administrative and accounts support rolesProficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)Strong organizational and multitasking skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesAttention to detail and accuracyBasic knowledge of accounting principlesYour application will include the following questions:
