The successful incumbent will be responsible for ensuring effective data registration, record filing, billing activities and reception desk activities. This will include roster management of administrative staff, provision of an in-house training program and performance review program for administrative staff, and ensuring adequate consumable office materials are maintained. The Office Manager position is accountable to the Campus Operations Manager (COM) for the management and coordination of all clerical activities in the Division of Medical Imaging at Flinders Medical Centre.The Office Manager is required to establish effective communication lines with Medical Imaging users, including consulting clinics, wards and outside groups. They provide a reference point for enquiries and provide advice on matters relating to standard office protocols and procedures.
