This role will work in partnership with Leadership and Management team of P&C. You will have accountability for driving end-to-end business capability, strategy, and roadmap, plans and priorities, portfolio design and execution, total IT costs, demand management, and management of risks and issues.
Your day to day will consist of... Work with Directors, Heads of People & Culture Teams and collaborates with key collaborators of Group IT and provides strategic directions, solutions, and policies to support business goals. Optimize People, Processes and Systems across Business Groups. Develops the strategy and services to meet business requirements including training and upgrading of systems and/or technology knowledge and to improve productivity Advises and promotes governance policies and standards in relation to security, quality, risk, and project management. Drives strategic alignment of systems and processes across functional teams and departments in the corporate functions and Group IT Drives efficient and high-quality Solution Designs aligned to standard methodologies of Industry. Possesses the ability to demonstrate new and innovative technology to develop strategic direction for the IT functions alignment with the organisation objectives. What makes you perfect for the role? Extensive experience within an Executive technical role supporting People and Culture systems Hands-on experience with SAP EC Payroll, SuccessFactors, Learning and Training Modules Experience of Transforming end-to-end Hire, Develop, Reward, Maintain and Retire Technologies of Large Organization. Strong experience in managing multiple business partners and vendors. Strong commercial background understanding the cost components involved for IT solutions and delivery.
