Job DescriptionThe Position: As an Activation Consultant, you will be responsible for co-ordinating the delivery of the Work for the Dole program in your designated region(s), providing guidance to Managers and atWork staff members regarding Work for the Dole related activities.
Your key responsibilities will be but not limited to: Work closely with AWA team to ensure appropriate intervention strategies are implemented for any clients 'at risk' of possible fall off, in turn increasing centre conversion rates.Liaise with AWA Job Coaches and troubleshoot issues arising with jobseekers within activities and moving clients to more suitable activities.Ensure all activity is appropriately recorded, documented and adheres to compliance and/or contractual requirements.Management of risk assessment and signed contracts.Raise purchase orders and supplier invoice account.QualificationsAttributes and Experience: High level of computer literacy.Dedication to supporting people through difficult periods.Ability to work autonomously as part of a small, dedicated team.Personal resilience matched with a professional, mature and confident approach to overcoming challenges.An understanding of the Employment Services environment.Proven experience working with targets and KPIs.Intermediate skills in the use of the Microsoft Office computing package.Previous employment services experience will be highly regarded, (although not essential).Additional InformationWhat we will give you: On the job training as well as ongoing career development and national opportunities.Access to MedHealth Academy including your own professional development plan, inclusive of individual training and mentoring.Opportunity to complete a Certificate IV in Employment Services *conditions apply.Job stability and guaranteed full-time hours.Achievable quarterly incentive scheme.Access to a range of benefits including discounts for health insurance, access to psychology services, ability to purchase additional leave, roadside assistance and paid parental leave.APPLY NOW If this sounds like the role for you, please select the 'Apply for this job' button to upload your resume.
