Marketing Assistants/Coordinators (Marketing & Communications)
ACTIO Group is an Operational Advisory firm which works across a diverse range of clientele in the Northern Territory.
We are seeking a Marketing and Administration Officer to support our growing company, as well as that of our clients.
No day will be the same, and your work will span across our entire portfolio of clients and projects, as well as the ACTIO Group of companies.
You will work from our dynamic office environment, and sometimes on site with clients.
Projects include:
Digital marketing campaigns Event coordination for training and development days Networking events and launches Development of graphic reports and presentations Sponsorship and membership management You will have direct involvement in projects that enhance our client's business outcomes through tailored marketing strategies.
Full training and support is provided to a candidate willing to learn.
The successful candidate will have:
An excellent eye for detail and creativity Excellent written communication and verbal skills An understanding of Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn platforms Website management on a Wordpress platform Ability to use or learn Canva and digital design An understanding of digital marketing principles – Google Ads and SEO Experience organising sponsors and members for events and programs Ability to multitask, work in a team and independently Ability to understand and stick to deadlines We are passionate about what we do and are looking for someone who shares our enthusiasm in supporting growth across our portfolio and that of our clients.
