About the role
Gallagher's highly successful Perth office is seeking an experienced Account Manager to join the Corporate WA team. This busy and varied role will see you managing your own significant portfolio of clients; taking a pro-active approach to all aspects of account management and people management.
In addition, you will be:
Maintaining and developing meaningful business relationships with new and existing clients by taking a proactive approach to all aspects of account management and service delivery
Designing bespoke insurance program solutions; negotiating and managing the best possible outcome for clients in the global Insurance market
Developing and maintaining meaningful working relationships with our Underwriting partners
Managing and maintaining budgets and business plans
Developing long term pipelines to support new business growth
Leading and mentoring junior brokers in the team
A Gallagher brand ambassador through ongoing promotion of the business within the business community.
About you
You will be an experienced Broker, passionate about the client experience who can demonstrate:
Minimum 7 years' experience in a similar role
Strong account management experience gained within the insurance industry
A proven track record of delivering results both financial and operational
Ability to identify and develop new business opportunities
Ability to maintain long-term relationships with key clients, suppliers, agencies, insurance industry bodies and the like to promote and protect the Gallagher brand
A driven, passionate professional with highly developed communication and negotiation skills.
