That's why we are looking for a range of open roles across Account Executive to Senior Account Executive to join our Sydney Team.
The role:Account Executives & Senior Account Executives are the frontline of our client service teams. They are the organisational backbone and executional powerhouse behind the success of every account.
You will have at least two years of demonstrated in-house or agency experience working within client teams to manage day-to-day workflow and implementation of communication tactics including: content creation, media relations, research, media monitoring, reporting, and proactive agenda surfing.
Adept at identifying trends in media, reporting, and social media, you proactively seek opportunities to expand your industry knowledge, sharing valuable competitor and industry insights with your team and clients. In terms of content production, your excellent research capabilities and attention to detail support drafting precise media releases, while hosting press office brainstorms to generate compelling story ideas. Your involvement in ideation and planning, coupled with participation in PR brainstorm sessions, showcases your understanding of key talent and influencers, further enhancing campaign creative development.
The successful applicant will demonstrate:
Prior experience in an in-house communications role or communications agency settingA passion for the communications and media landscape in AustraliaExpertise in developing and implementing integrated communications programs beyond traditional media relations.Good judgement and the ability to solve problems independently when neededActive listening skills, respect toward clients and colleagues, and the ability to give and receive constructive feedbackExhibit a strong knowledge of news, lifestyle, and relevant trade media, while understanding the potential of value-added collaborations with the media team.Are collaborative, intellectually curious, flexibleHave a passion for B2B communications and for telling stories that create impact across the entire stakeholder mixStrong verbal communication and persuasion skills.Have permanent work rights with no restrictionsWe pride ourselves on our values-led behaviour: Respect, Aspire, Energise, and Learn.
