Qualifications To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate the following capabilities/experience:
At least 5+ years of enterprise software sales in the following areas: Contact Centre, CX, Self Service & AI, Automation & Analytics, or CRM/Desktop technology solution sales experience including pipeline development and management, establishing and presenting compelling value propositions to potential customers.Ability to develop business relationships at a senior level, including key C-level Executives.Demonstrable track record of sales success in selling enterprise software solutions.Demonstrated ability to prospect, develop & close sales deals through a disciplined and systematic approach.Strong ability to seek out and maintain a robust sales pipeline.Proven experience in complex CCaaS/SaaS sales cycles for a vendor.Effective communication and presentation skills.Demonstrate resilience in owning and seeing the whole sales process to the end.Demonstrate exceptional closing experience.Expertly navigate the complex buying processes of large enterprise organizations.Enjoy meeting & exceeding sales goals with a drive for sales success.Highly regarded with an extensive network within the industry.Responsibilities Sales of SaaS/CCaaS.
Achieve bookings and revenue targets through mainly large enterprise accounts within a specified region, sector, or set of accounts.
Work on own initiative to build a pipeline likely to convert into required target bookings.
Achieve YoY revenue growth through existing enterprise accounts and through the acquisition of new accounts.
Initiate, plan, and execute necessary sales meetings to identify opportunities and progress the sales process in a timely manner from initial contact through to close.
Maintain all reporting requirements and Verint Content Management Systems and reporting spreadsheets up to date.
