Account Director / Senior Account Director

This successful independent agency is seeking an experienced Account Director or Senior Account Director to lead marketing initiatives for blue chips brand in the financial service and/or corporate sectors.The ideal candidate would have a strategic mindset. This entails understanding business strategy, supporting strategists within the organisation, and effectively articulating and selling in great work.You'll also play a pivotal role in driving new business growth with existing clients, as well as having a strong financial and commercial mindsetYou'll have extensive experience leading and managing integrated projects including initial strategy, brand and customer value proposition development, 1:1, digital, content, advertising, and communications programs.Stakeholder management is also a critical aspect of this role, as well as day-to-day management of expectations and workflows with Marketing Managers and teams within the agency.While there will be support from Account Managers, you'll also have the ability to mentor and assist in managing their workload and developmentPrevious agency experience and or related marketing experience is requiredExcellent presentation and communication skills is a must, as well as your exceptional client relationship skillsThe agency offers a supportive and collaborative environment with a real focus on career development.
